Good book
It is a good learning book which takes a good step by step approach.
There are some exercises that will test you if you cannot read a drawing but that's part of learning as some exercises you approach differently to how in 2d and 3d drawing.
This book covers entry-level Inventor tasks. I have other books from this author and he knows his stuff. If you want to get more extreme, go with another book. This book is good for the basics. Great for the money (used).
This is a good basic book to start users on INVENTOR 11 or refresh users who worked with older versions of Autodesk INVENTOR. This
book features the tabs and ribbons commands now used in INVENTOR
and is very useful from that standpoint. The exercises are well
defined and easy to follow.
An excellent book for starters. Unlike some of the other books, this one starts at the ground level and moves forward and upward.
I have read a number of texts about Autodesk Inventor, many are extensive yet difficult to follow. This is one of the most logically set-out and written, an indication of which is that one can follow the sequence by reading without actually using Inventor. It is ideal for beginners and students. it covers all the functions of Inventor but some may find it insufficiently detailed and require an extra more advanced text to follow. The examples are excellent.
used in a collage course for a 16 week class, went through the hole book, did 80% of the drawings, you will learn the Inventor program when you have completed the book.
